Artificial Intelligence is changing how organisations work. This practical programme introduces AI Agents and shows participants how to use them to support everyday workplace tasks, improve communication and documentation, and make routine processes more efficient. Through demonstrations, guided exercises and a mini project, participants will practise designing effective instructions and building a basic AI Agent. The programme also covers responsible AI, data privacy and human oversight.

Programme outline:
Day 1: AI fundamentals, workplace transformation, AI Agents and Prompt Engineering. Participants analyse workplace scenarios and create and refine reusable prompts.
Day 2: AI Agent design and development, AI-assisted workplace productivity, simple automation, responsible AI and final project presentations. Participants design and test an AI Agent solution for a workplace scenario.

Training approach and assessment

Assessment comprises practical exercises (40%), an AI Agent mini project (40%), and participation and discussion (20%).
